Hair with Sassoon

My wedding is fast approaching and my hair is in tip top condition. Two years ago I decided to chop all of my hair off to a messy lob.
I had that look for about a year so with a year to go to the big day I wanted to start growing my hair out. I'm not sure on the style I want for the wedding but I thought more hair is better then no hair to play with right?!?

To all you blondies out there how hard is it to keep your hair in good condition? It's so hard!!! Colouring dries my thin fluffy hair out a lot. I decided to go to the dream team that is Sassoon on Kings Road to help me grow and keep my hair in the best condition.

The colour
So many of you blondes have probably made the same mistake as me over the years....bleach!.
We think 'oh yes I will just have bleach on my hair that will make it blonde....!' Well stop right there, yes it makes your hair blonde but it driesyour hair out and if you have fluffy hair like me and you have to put heat on it to tame the fluffy frizz this will break you hair and it will never grow, I learnt the hard way.
My colourist Aaron gave me natural sunkissed blonde hair with a few different colours going though it which I'm loving! And guess what.....no bleach.

Treatment
I try and pop back to Sassoon every few months to have a treatment on my hair to help with split ends and breakage. My favourite is the luxury treatment, this keeps my hair super soft and it feels great.

The cut
I have been getting my hair cut by Natasha for a year and a half now and I would never go with anyone one else. She is amazing and knows exactly what I want. I'm really into the blunt cut now, and it makes my hair took thicker. People think 'if I get my hair cut it's not going to grow' WRONG! Regular trims leave your hair in better condition and helps it grow. I have mine cut every 8 weeks.

Products
It is so important to have good hair products. At the moment I'm using

Shampoo illumintion clean shampoo

Conditioner (I actually use the mask as a conditioner. It hydrate and softens my hair)  illuminating restore

Leave in conditioner halo hydrate

Heat protection diamond polish

Gola???!!! Who remembers Gola back in the day? I do I do!!
Well they have had a face lift and I'm into it. The coaster style is my favourite out of the collection, with summer around the corner these are going to be worn a lot.

From making a summer dress look effortlessly cool to boyfriend jeans and a white tee giving that laid back feel I'm sold.

The fun rainbow detail that makes me smile I'm beginning to think everything needs a rainbow on it now.

Beetlejuice called and wants his trousers back....! Well he can't have them back they are going to be a firm fixture in my wardrobe.
The full Topshop suit is a bit much for me but separately what a DREAM!
Dressing them down in trainers and a cool tee is the best way to wear such a statement piece.

Slogan tee's are my thing at the moment I have so many but i cant help buying more. My 'I like you accent' tee is from psc a cool brand that has lots of cool slogans, you have to check them out.

Black Denim

Casual AF, with fashion week round the corner work has been crazy and today is my day off (love a cheeky mid week day off) I went to a few PR companies to get outfits for LFW. Today I was keeping it so real, I wanted to be warm and comfortable so this is me when I'm out of office. I nicked my boyfriends hoodie (thanks Ross, mine now), I teamed it with my new topshop boutique denim jacket the sleeves are amazing......obsessed!! And my favourite jeans. If you follow we on Instagram you will have seen my bag and boots on most of my posts. I love a high street outfit with high end accessories. It just gives the look a more polished feel.

Yes you are right, I didn't get off my lazy backside and start the new year new me attitude with a gym membership. BUT it's all about 'FIT FEB' I need to get in shape as my wedding is just around the corner and I need to be bridezilla ready!! Luckily for me Farfetch invited me to take part in an exclusive competition to put together my top gym wear picks from their website.

Going to the gym isn't my favourite past time but shopping is and clothes excite me so the best way to get me motivated is new gym wear.

All black, I like to be a gym ninja in and out, quick and fast no one will know I was there, so all black is my go to. I like to keep it fun too with this star sports bra by Monreal London and my matching Givenchy star backpack, with a pop of colour in my Nike Flyknit Roshe trainers. No gym session is complete without some high tempo tunes to get me in the zone.
This Fendi bomber is everything! whether it's to the gym or out shopping with friends its a great investment

Here's to fit Feb I'm ready for you!!!

Winter Florals

Dress TopShop
Shoes Topshop

To January the worst month, the weather is freezing and everyone is poor, eagerly waiting for pay day. So what better way to cheer up the January blues with some winter florals. I have a family Christening coming up soon and this dress is perfect with the lace arms and back it makes the dress not too girly. I have also worn this dress with boots and a leather jacket to make it more casual.
